How Do I Acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#)?

 

 

General Returns Policy
Buyer may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by 1000ofus within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, less 15% restocking fee. Full refund will only be granted if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Buyers must obtain an RMA before return.

To return a product in compliance with 1000ofus's satisfaction guarantee, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the.  All RMA requests must be filed online. 1000ofus will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which return products must be received by 1000ofus. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Buyer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to 1000ofus. 1000ofus will pay for shipping up to USD$50. Buyer agrees to use only reputable carriers authorized by 1000ofus using label send by 1000ofus. Buyer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges in excess of $50 and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Buyer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, 1000ofus's Return Procedure will be breached and 1000ofus may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s).

1000ofus will not refund to buyers the original shipping charges. In addition, 1000ofus will assess a 15% restocking fee against the buyer's account on all returns for refund.


Receiving a Refund
Expect your refund within 4 weeks of shipping your package to 1000ofus warehouse.
This time period includes:

  • 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
  • 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
  • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's summary page in your account. If the return and refund do not appear in your account within 4 weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for help.

How Refunds are Issued
Your refunds will be credited to your credit card in 3-5 business days after your return is processed.
If your item is purchased using the 1000ofus Reward Points + credit card, net refund amount (after deducting restocking fee or other applicable fee) will be credited to your reward points first and the remaining amount will be refunded into your credit card account.

Non-Returnable Items
1000ofus.com does not accept returns of the following items:

  • Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Computer laptops, desktops, and Kindles more than 15 days after delivery
  • All books, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC
  • Some Jewelry orders
  • Some Health & Personal Care items
  • Grocery products and Gourmet gift baskets cannot be returned
  • Merchandises with total linear dimension of 62 inches and larger; 50lbs or heavier


Exchanges
Because many companies offer factory coverage, we encourage everyone to contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions should you want a repair or replacement. The customer also has the option of returning the defective product to 1000ofus within 15 days of the original invoice date for a refund of the purchase price less the restock fee. As a way to thank the community in supporting 1000ofus.com, we are happy to pay for return shipping cost up to USD $50. Please contact our customer service for additional info. As 1000ofus.com does not keep any inventory in order to keep our cost as low as possible, we cannot offer any kind of replacement for the defective product. 

In-Store Returns
Items purchased from 1000ofus.com cannot be returned to a physical store.
